Investing in People: Watertight joins Women in FCERM

We are delighted to confirm that Watertight has become a Corporate Affiliate Member of Women in FCERM, reinforcing our commitment to supporting greater diversity, inclusion and professional development across the flood and coastal erosion risk management (FCERM) sector.

Through our membership, we will support Women in FCERM’s work to encourage greater diversity across the sector, helping to create opportunities for professional development, mentoring and networking, while also encouraging more women to consider careers within the flood resilience industry.

Women in FCERM brings together individuals and organisations from across the flood and coastal erosion risk management community to champion gender equality through networking, mentoring, professional development and collaboration.

Working across the UK and Ireland to deliver PFR schemes for local authorities, housing providers and other organisations, we understand the importance of attracting talented people, for a wide variety of roles. Our membership therefore reflects a commitment to supporting greater diversity while helping build the skills needed to meet the challenges as the flood resilience industry continues to evolve.
