Surveyors

We can offer you an estimate of the cost a Watertight system for your home, but to ensure that your property is fully protected we need trained individuals.

That’s why the step after ordering is to book one of our surveyors. They will identify exactly what is required, take all measurements and allow us to give you an accurate quote prior to the placement of your final order.

The same surveyor will then come and inspect your property once our fitting team have finished and confirm that all is OK. Book a surveyor here.

Non-Standard

All properties are different. That’s why we made the system as flexible as this. However there will always be properties that require specialist assistance.

Don’t worry. We are still happy to help. Many of these issues are unearthed at the survey stage and we can still provide a solution that will be as comprehensive as our usual systems. This could range from the replacement of old wooden flooring with treated concrete slabs to the fitting of pumps etc.

Financing It

There are government grants to councils for some properties.  However, these are few and far between and are managed by the councils themselves.

We have spoken to the Building Societies Association who have agreed that their members should be happy to add the costs to your current or future mortgage (subject to their standard lending criteria).

Quality Job

By running our own fitting teams we can ensure a professional job with complete attention to detail from start to finish.

Training

Full training will be given by the team and a “How to…” guide left with you.  All packages come with a full toolkit and storage equipment.

Finally, we operate a web and telephone Help Desk for urgent enquiries.
